Biography:

PewDiePie was born in Gothenburg, Sweden, on October 24, 1989. In high school, Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg (PewDiePie) spent a lot of time playing video games and had a lifetime fascination for drawing. 

In 2008, after completing his studies at Göteborgs Högre Samskola, he enrolled in Chalmers University of Technology to further his education. Felix, on the other hand, felt he didn’t fit there and decided to leave in order to find happiness.

Even though his early years were difficult, he claimed in a video that he was able to buy the tools he needed by making money off of the sales of his Photoshop works. 

He chose the moniker “PewDiePie” for the channel even though it was once just Pewdie.

Thanks to his colorful and entertaining gaming comments that included amazing reactions, PewDiePie quickly became a viral hit.

Currently, PewDiePie’s YouTube channel has over 3500 videos and 104 million subscribers.
